Why String Saver for Acoustic guitars?  As a hard rhythm player or bluegrass shredder the Teflon lubrication in a String Saver Acoustic saddle will dramatically reduce your string breakage. If you want a rich sound from your guitar with the cosmetics of a black saddle. (Combine with black bridge pins for a striking look.)
What do they sound like? Our String Saver acoustic saddles will have an ever so slightly warmer sound than our TUSQ saddles. The sound is very sophisticated and rich in harmonics. It's a particularly good choice if you need a rich warm sound in the upper end without sacrificing clarity.
